Partners.In.Quality was set up in Sydney to provide auditing and advisory services to industry.  

We are a small partnership that uses the skills and knowledge of our staff and associates to provide you with the services you need.  

We will take the time to learn and understand your business and provide a solution that will blend in with your business practices. Through the involvement of all parties, we will ensure the risk to you, your people, your clients and the community is minimised. 

Our staff work actively with various certification and compliance bodies and fully understand these processes.  

We work in partnership with you to develop and maintain your systems and processes. 

Joe Fernandes, Principal Consultant

Joe Fernandes, the principal consultant at Partners.In.Quality, holds tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering. He has held various technical and management positions in industries such as electronics manufacturing, telecommunications, printing and packaging, aviation and certification since 1978. 

He has been involved in ISO9001 (Quality), ISO45001 & AS/NZS4801 (Safety), ISO14001 (Environmental) system implementation and auditing for over 30 years for clients in a diverse range of industries locally and overseas.

Besides management systems, Joe also has a working understanding of various industry standards such as AQF, Human Services Standards, TGA GMP and NSW Govt WHS & EMS Managament System Schemes.

To ensure that clients take ownership of their systems Joe works closely with staff and assists with the facilitation process.

Joe’s credentials include registration as a Lead Auditor for Quality, OH&S & Environment (Exemplar Global previously RABQSA) and Approved OHS auditor/consultant (Sydney Water). 

As part of his contribution towards product safety and compliance, Joe has been a Standards Australia Committee member in the areas of Electrical Safety Regulation, Glazing and Fixing of Glass and Plumbing (Water Safety) and a past Certified Quality Engineer (American Society for Quality)

Joe speaks Bahasa Malaysia and Indonesia fairly fluently.
